India Global Short Film Festival (IGSFF), the largest Short Film Festival in India, showcases short films from around the world and from our backyard. We screen documentaries, fiction shorts, animation, experimental and more.

The festival features networking, interactions with leading film producers, press etc . We invite many directors and producers to attend the film festival.

Rules & Terms

Art. 1 Who can participate:

• Films produced after January 1, 2022
• Works already presented in foreign events can participate.
• All films must be subtitled in English (films in English must also have the English subtitles .srt format dialogue list attached)

Art. 2 Competitive sections:

1. International Competition: For filmmakers from around the globe.

Art. 3 Genres:
1. Animation (max 15 min)
2. Documentary (max 20 min)
3. Fiction (max 30 min)
4. Experimental, Comedy, Horror, Drama, Action (max 20 min)
5. Children's ( max 10 min)
6. Indian Shorts ( max 10 mins)

By submitting the material, the applicant hereby agrees to indemnify, hold harmless, and defend the festival & its employees from any liability, claims, and damages in connection with the submission and from any fees and expenses, including but not limited to reasonable attorneys' fees, that any of them may incur in connection therewith.
