Festival Internacional de Cinema de Goiânia - Goiânia Int'l Film Festival

- As inscrições regulares para as mostras deverão ser feitas através da plataforma FilmFreeway, de 07 de julho de 2026 a 07 de agosto de 2026.
- Cada realizador(a) poderá concorrer com 01 filme de sua autoria.
- Serão aceitos filmes finalizados a partir de 07 de julho de 2025.

- Não será cobrada nenhuma taxa de inscrição para filmes brasileiros e nenhuma taxa de exibição para os filmes selecionados.

- Para ser considerado filme goiano, o/a realizador/a (diretor/a) deve ter nascido em Goiás ou estar morando em Goiás, comprovadamente, há mais de 02 anos; e, também, o filme deverá ter sido gravado a maior parte no estado de Goiás.

- A lista dos filmes selecionados será divulgada no dia 25 de setembro de 2026.

- Filmes não falados em português devem ser enviados com legendas em inglês ou português.

- Os filmes selecionados deverão encaminhar a versão finalizada do filme em DCP até 19 de setembro de 2026.

- Para fins de inscrições, serão aceitas versões work-in-progress dos filmes.

- Os curtas goianos selecionados que não tiverem uma cópia em DCP serão transcodificados para DCP pela equipe do festival. O festival não arcará com os custos da transcodificação para DCP dos demais filmes selecionados.

- Os realizadores dos filmes inscritos no evento cedem ao “IV Festival Internacional de Cinema de Goiânia” o direito de exibir e divulgar, em qualquer mídia, imagens do filme (fotos e trechos de até 30 segundos), por si ou por terceiros, sem limitação de número de vezes, sem que seja devida aos participantes qualquer remuneração ou compensação.

- É de responsabilidade dos responsáveis dos filmes a utilização de imagens e músicas de terceiros em seus filmes, assim como qualquer ônus que decorra de lesões a direitos de imagens e quaisquer outros direitos violados.

- As cópias para exibição dos longas-metragens e curtas – metragens selecionados deverão ser enviadas pelo concorrente no formato DCP através de link online. O prazo de recepção será até 19 de Setembro de 2026. O festival se responsabiliza apenas pela devolução das cópias online.

- O arquivo (doc.) da lista de diálogos em inglês ou português (estrangeiras) deverá chegar à organização do festival até o dia 19 de setembro de 2026. O festival não garante a legendagem eletrônica se o material chegar após essa data.

- Ao efetivar sua inscrição no festival, o participante estará aceitando todas as normas contidas neste regulamento.

- Os casos não previstos por este regulamento serão analisados pela Comissão Organizadora do festival, sendo sua decisão soberana.

- Uma vez inscritos e selecionados, os filmes não poderão ser retirados da programação.

- O presente regulamento entra em vigor a partir desta data.

- Regular registration for the exhibitions must be made through the FilmFreeway platform, from July 07th to August 07th, 2026.

- Each director can compete with only 1 (one) film.

- Finished films will be accepted from July 07th, 2025.

- No registration fee will be charged for Brazilian films and no screening fee for selected films.

- To be considered a movie from Goiás, the director must have been born in Goiás or have been living in Goiás, demonstrably, for more than 02 years; and, also, the film must have been shot mostly in the state of Goiás.

- The list of selected films will be released on September 25th, 2026.

- Films not spoken in Portuguese must be submitted with English or Portuguese subtitles.

- Selected films must submit the finished DCP version by September 19th, 2026.

- Selected Goiás short films that do not have a copy in DCP will be transcoded to DCP by the festival team. The festival will not bear the cost of transcoding the other selected films to DCP.

- The directors of the films registered in the event grant to the “4th Goiânia International Film Festival” the right to display and disseminate, in any media, images of the film (photos and stretches up to 30 seconds), by themselves or by third parties, without limiting the number of times, without any remuneration or compensation being due to the participants.

- It is the responsibility of those responsible for the films to use images and music from third parties in their films, as well as any burden arising from injuries to image rights and any other violated rights.

- The competitor must send Copies of selected feature films and short films for exhibition in DCP format through an online link. The deadline for receipt will be September 19th, 2026. The festival is only responsible for returning online copies.

- The file (doc.) of the dialogue list in English or Portuguese (foreign) must be submitted to the festival organization by Septmeber 19th, 2026. The festival does not guarantee electronic subtitling if the material arrives after this date.

- When registering for the festival, the participant will be accepting all the norms contained in this regulation.

- Cases not foreseen by this regulation will be analyzed by the Festival's Organizing Committee, being its decision sovereign.

- Films cannot be withdrawn from the schedule once enrolled and selected.

- This regulation enters into force from this date.
