International Queer & Migrant Film festival is a film festival for queer & migrant related films as well as a multi-disciplinary community space with art exhibitions, literature and theater. IQMF Amsterdam takes place from December 2-6, 2020 and will travel through the country with a best-of-selection consecutively.

Each year IQMF screens over 50 features, shorts and documentaries from around the world. With an annual audience of 3,500 IQMF is steadily growing. The festival centers around International Human Rights Day and a Human Rights Award is dedicated to a queer filmmaker, artist or activist on this day.

IQMF recognises local and international filmmaking talent through our Awards Program which includes awards for Best Short Film and Best Feature and a € 1,000 grant for best pitch in the Impact Your Doc program.

2. Industrial, promotional and instructional films are ineligible;
3. It is IQMF's policy not to offer comments or reasons when submissions are not invited to participate;
4. Once a film has been submitted, it cannot be withdrawn;
5. IQMF accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to preview tapes and any supporting material;
6. IQMF, its officers, agents and employees take no responsibility for any infringement of copyright, performers' rights, defamatory, illegal or obscene material or other liability whatsoever contained in or arising out of films/videos submitted.
