RULES:
• Films must be 15 minutes or less: if you have a longer film you'd like considered contact Tim Harvey directly: timothymakesnoirs@gmail.com

• FILMS MUST BE MADE IN KANSAS OR MISSOURI

• Filmmakers must own rights to their film and all its components prior to submitting their film for consideration.

• Films must be made without the use of Generative AI. Films found to be using Generative AI will be disqualified from winning awards.

• The Independent Filmmaker's Coalition of Kansas City is hereby granted the right to utilize an excerpt from any film submitted and accepted for exhibition at the Event for promotional purposes. By submitting your film, you grant the The Independent Filmmaker's Coalition of Kansas City the right to use still images and short video clips (less than 30 seconds) of all accepted films in any promotional materials.

• The individual or corporation submitting the film hereby warrants that it is authorized to commit the film for screening, and understands and accepts these requirements and regulations. The individual or corporation submitting the film shall indemnify and hold harmless The Independent Filmmaker's Coalition of Kansas City from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees, and costs of the court) that may be incurred by reason of any claim involving copyright, trademark, credits, publicity, screening, and loss of or damage to the screening videos entered.
