Submission Entry Opening: ICAN/LAX : June 1, 2021
Submission Fee: $10.00 until June 31, 2021 at Midnight after that fee is $25.00 per submission.
June 01, 2021 12:00 AM (EST) and ends July 31, 2021 at 11:59 PM (EST)
Voting Begins: August 7th, 2021 - 12:00 AM (EST)
Voting Ends August 14th, 2021 - 11:59 PM (EST)

Online submissions only and all materials must be available for download. Do not make your submission available for download if you do not want your content viewed or promoted on ICAN platforms.
A 2-5 minute reel for inclusion will be acceptable for preview and promotional purposes.
Submitting your film to The ICAN Festival, you agree to allow your film to be screened by the festival during the festival and awards ceremony, for which you are submitting, at no charge to the festival. Our festival is virtual and films will be randomly rotated on our streaming platforms.
By submitting to our film festival you are acknowledging full copyright ownership in it's entirety for all content submitted. If for any reason you do not wish to participate in public placement of your content a simple written request to remove will resolve it without dispute.
ICAN reserves the right to disqualify any ENTRANT at any time, if there is any question of ownership, copyright infringement of any sort.
There is no premiere policy for films, they may have screened at other Festivals and/or online at any time.
Films in English are NOT required to have subtitles.
For films in other languages, subtitles are required.
All extra submissions and tickets purchased for festival are to be paid through The FilmFreeway platform. The submission fee is non-refundable and will be implemented after June 01, 2021.
The festival informs all submitting entrants if their film has been successful submitted or rejected. Successful submissions will receive important updates and notifications from the Festival landing page via email or text. All public relations, press inquiries, guest accommodations, event information and how to make the most of participating in the Festival will be available on our website https://ican.333StudioHouse.com.
Festival Screenings
Selected films must acknowledge that the festival reserves the right to promote the films on it's website, promotional print, television, radio, social media and any other means of promoting the festival using both images and video that you provide. We will request a downloadable file if your content will be made available for screening on any of our streaming platforms. All other content will be shared by any link or embed code provided.
Those of you that need your films to be private for monetary reasons please contact us before submitting anything.
