Great festival. A wide selection of well made live action and animated films. Was honoured to premiere my short TRIAGE there and win best short film and best live-action short film. Passionate organizers and the best part were the industry professionals who came in to teach a full day of workshops. Think this festival is really going to catch on and grow. Highly recommend. Thank you!

this festival was fun to attend to and not all that bad for their first year on their own. despite to a full crowd attending, there was a wide variety of short film and animated shorts. I am expecting a social media page soon! I can't wait to see what the jury selects next year

Was greatly honoured for my film, Devil Oh Devil, to win the award for Best Animation. It's a wonderful young festival, and I can't wait to watch it grow and evolve. I would definitely recommend the festival to other filmmakers.

I am so grateful to have recently had my film Man versus Ferry shown at HASFF. I couldn’t get there but two good friends drove down to Hudson from Ottawa and spent the whole day there. They had a great time, met festival staff and saw a number of excellent films. By all accounts from inside the room, things went great. If around the area try and catch this event next year. I had good communication with staff and found this all a very professional experience. Many thanks. P
