No Submission Fees!

HorrorHound TV is a streaming destination dedicated exclusively to independent horror cinema.

Founded in 2005 as an independent horror magazine, HorrorHound has grown into one of the most recognized brands in horror fandom, encompassing a magazine, convention, film festival, film division, music division, and now HorrorHound TV. From the very first HorrorHound Weekend, independent filmmakers have been an important part of our story. Nearly twenty years later, we're still dedicated to helping horror creators find new audiences and keeping independent horror thriving.

We're seeking feature films, short films, documentaries, fan films, animated horror, experimental horror, and genre-bending projects from filmmakers around the world.

Unlike traditional film festivals, HorrorHound TV isn't limited to a single weekend. Selected films become part of our growing streaming platform, allowing horror fans to discover and enjoy independent genre films year-round.

We are especially interested in films that may have completed their festival run and are looking for a new audience. Whether your film premiered years ago or was completed recently, completion date is not a factor. We welcome projects regardless of production year, provided filmmakers retain the rights necessary to participate. Films currently available through non-exclusive distribution arrangements are also eligible.

In addition to streaming consideration, a select number of submissions will be chosen for special in-person screenings during HorrorHound Weekend at our Spring and Fall conventions. These screenings place filmmakers and their work directly in front of one of the most passionate horror fan communities in the country.

For nearly twenty years, HorrorHound has championed independent horror filmmakers through our conventions, screenings, and film festival. HorrorHound TV expands that mission by creating a year-round platform where great horror films can continue finding audiences long after their festival journey ends.

If you've created a horror film that deserves to be discovered, we'd love to see it.

All submissions will be considered for inclusion on HorrorHound TV, our streaming platform dedicated to independent horror cinema.

Selected films will receive:
• Official Selection Laurel for HorrorHound TV
• Placement on the HorrorHound TV streaming platform
• Promotion through HorrorHound's website and social media channels

In addition, select films may receive:
• HorrorHound Weekend Screening Selection – In-person screening during HorrorHound Weekend's after-hours programming or Sunday film blocks
• Featured Film Spotlight – Premium placement and promotion on HorrorHound TV
• Staff Pick Title – Selected by the HorrorHound TV programming team
• HorrorHound TV Audience Favorite Title – Based on viewer engagement and audience response on the platform
• Hidden Gem Title – Recognizing an exceptional film deserving greater visibility

Please note that HorrorHound TV selections are separate from the HorrorHound Film Festival competition and are not eligible for HorrorHound Film Festival awards unless officially selected into that festival's competitive program.
