Theme for the Heritage Film Festival 2015 (HFF2015) is ‘HANDMADE in INDIA’. The film to submit for HFF2015 have to be based on hand-skills from any part of India (traditional or contemporary); art and/or craft form that is primarily hand-made.

The Heritage Film Festival (HFF) is a unique endeavour, by aadhar, aimed at generating enthusiasm for our glorious heritage and augments our other awareness projects relating to traditional arts and crafts in India. Through audio-visual media, the Festival celebrates Heritage, Art and Craft skills of India, demonstrates the diversity of our artistic traditions and raise awareness about their importance in various facets of our lives.
HERITAGE FILM FESTIVAL is not just an EVENT... but a CAUSE which can ‘REVIVE’ a lot of dying Arts & Crafts... it is not just an Event... but a Movement to embellish & enrich the Rich Heritage, Art & Craft of India...!

HERITAGE FILM FESTIVAL is in its' Fourth Edition in 2015, after an encouraging start in 2012

to be declared in November 2015.

RULES & REGULATIONS

Read, understand and follow all submission requirements.

There is NO submission fee.
Submission opens 1 May 2015.
Submission closes 20 October 2015.
The entry form to be is signed by ALL: 1) Copyright owner 2) Film-maker and 3) Film submitter.
Any objection arises after the submission is liability of the submitter and not of aadhar.
Incomplete entries will not be accepted.
DVDs in playable format (VOB).
Film in any other language than English should have readable English Subtitles.
DVDs must be labelled with the title, running time, format and contact information.
DVDs and the submitted materials will not be returned.
All entries are mandatory part of the Heritage Film Archive at aadhar.
Filmmakers may submit more than one entry. Each entry must be accompanied by a separate entry form.
The final decisions regarding film screening will be determined solely by the Jury.
