Festival is open to any film that might be considered a horror film, or anything of a disturbing nature, dark art and/or frightening.
Shorts need to be submitted in 1920x1080 (full hd) or in 4k.
Running time: shorts must be under 20 minutes.
Subtitling: all shorts (except from Belgium and Netherlands) need to have english subtitles.

I give permission for Halloween Horror Fest Tienen to screen the film at the Festival for which it was submitted.
If selected I will provide Halloween Horror Fest Tienen with a digital copy of my films movie poster (in vertical format) and a press kit of my submission.
Halloween Horror Fest Tienen does not publish the short movies online!
