Haley was born and raised in Virginia and moved to Southern California when she was 15. She grew up making and directing short films with her 5 siblings with the digital camera her father gifted her. She is a professional actress with over 18 years of experience and has been directing short films for the past 8 years. She edits + produces all of her films through Legion of Horribles, the production company she founded in 2011.
