3rd Bremen HOCHKANTFILMFEST presents vertical video art in a public space. The city's video boards will become cultural conceptual surfaces and artistic canvases. From march17th to 23th 2025, the city of Bremen turns into a public museum The festival focuses on ten seconds vertical videoart, animation and experimental around the theme 'curiosity'.
