He began his audiovisual training in 2023 at the Pixelian school in Navarra. Since then, he has written and directed several fiction short films exploring a wide range of genres: comedy in Leona and Detalles, paranormal‑tinged thriller in La Reliquia, and dark humor in Orfeo.
His most recognized work to date is Apagada, a short film about gender‑based violence in the context of disability and mental health. Through an intimate and realistic narrative, the film sheds light on a harsh and silent reality that affects thousands of women around the world. Apagada has received coverage in print media, radio and television, and has already achieved 40 official selections at national and international festivals, as well as 4 first prizes. It has also been used by associations and women’s groups as a tool for awareness‑raising, inspiring talks, screenings and spaces for discussion.
Building on that experience and everything learned along the way, he now presents Inmaculada, a new project in which he turns to comedy while maintaining his interest in portraying the challenges faced by women. Although very different in tone from his previous work, Inmaculada continues to explore social realities that deserve to be told.
