Calling COLORADO filmmakers! The Grand Mesa Short Film Festival is accepting submissions for its fourth annual Short Film Festival, taking place April 11th and 12th, 2025. Situated in Cedaredge, Colorado at the base of the breathtaking Grand Mesa, the Grand Mesa Arts & Events Center proudly opens its doors to a weekend of film screenings from filmmakers who are exclusively living in or have a clearly defined COLORADO connection. Grand Mesa Film Festival 2024 was an incredible experience. It was extra special being my first film festival submittal and acceptance. It was a very welcoming and hospitable film festival. I will be submitting to Grand Mesa FF with any future projects I can. Thank you to all of Grand Mesa Arts & Events Center staff and festival organizers for the experience!

  • The Grand Mesa Short Film Festival was a wonderful experience. The organizers were easy to communicate with and everyone involved was warm, friendly, and genuinely excited about the films.
The venue is cozy, beautiful, and has an excellent sound system. The meet and greet was a fun party, and we enjoyed talking shop with other filmmakers. Thanks so much for the hospitality, food, drinks, popcorn, laughs, and surprise fancy souvenir insulated water bottles! And a huge thank you for awarding our film, “These Ol' Boots: An Americana Story,” with “Best Comedy.”
