Grace Melon is an actor, screenwriter and producer based in Chicago. She acted professionally in for eleven years, with representation from Gray Talent Group. During this time, she wrote her first short film, "Bath Salt" which premiered at the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Film Festival. It was also deemed a finalist by USA Film Festival International Shorts Competition. Grace's second short, "Purgatory," was officially selected by over a dozen film festivals across the globe. The film won the Festival Director Award at Toronto Independent Film Festival and placed 3rd for Best Drama Comedy Short at The Indie Gathering Film Festival. Additionally, Grace has written two feature length scripts, "Girl Crush," which was optioned by a prospective producer. The other," When The Wolf Comes Home" received Honorable Mentions from BlueCat Screenplay Competition and Los Angeles International Screenplay Awards.
