Comprehensive Offerings at the Global Visionaries Film Fest:

1. Distinguished Online Showcase: As a testament to our commitment to recognizing cinematic excellence, all selected films will be prominently featured and showcased on the Global Visionaries Film Fest official website. This curated online platform provides an extensive reach, ensuring that your work is accessible to a global audience.

2. Official Laurels for Official Selections: Each film designated as an Official Selection will be honoured with the prestigious Global Visionaries Film Fest Official Laurel. This emblem of distinction underscores the film's quality, creativity, and noteworthy contribution to the festival.

3. Certificates and Laurels for Outstanding Achievements: In recognition of exceptional accomplishments, we extend Certificates and Laurels to all Honourable Mentions, Semi-Finalists, Finalists, and Winners. This tiered acknowledgment is designed to celebrate the diverse array of talent, offering tangible accolades that signify the impressive achievements of filmmakers at every stage of the festival.

4. Strategic Promotional Utilisation: To further amplify the visibility of your project, we strategically leverage promotional posters. This thoughtfully designed promotional material serves as a powerful tool in enhancing the overall exposure and recognition of your film, contributing to a more impactful and widespread reach.

Rules & Terms

We exclusively accept submissions through FilmFreeway, adhering to the following guidelines:

1. To be eligible for competition, your film must be entered into at least one Main Category, with the option to enter multiple categories.

2. Films must have been produced after January 1, 2000.

3. There are no restrictions on theme, genre, or author. We welcome films in any language from around the world; however, if your film is not in English, ensure it is equipped with English subtitles.

4. For student fees (applicable to those under 18), proof of student status (e.g., a copy of a student card included in the project) is mandatory.

5. By submitting your film, you grant Global Visionaries Film Fest permission to use parts of it (including trailers, teasers, and film posters) for promotional purposes. A short synopsis and a digital still photo are required for all scripts and entries (excluding music videos) for the jury and website announcements in case of winning.

6. Entry fees are non-refundable.

7. Each film will be reviewed by at least two different panels of judges. While you can track views on Vimeo using the tracker, please note that this method may not always be reliable.

8. You can submit as many entries as you like, with each entry requiring its own entry fee. To submit to one or more sub-categories, your entry must be submitted to at least one main category.

9. Reviews and interviews will be featured on our Festival website and can be utilised in your Press Kit.

10. Filmmakers must have obtained all necessary clearances for exhibition and must certify the originality of their work, confirming that no disputes regarding ownership exist with the film.
