The festival embraces a boundary-pushing spectrum of work that includes Visual Narrative, Experimental Short Film, Eksperimental Short Documentary and hybrid film forms, animation, and more.

As an independent manifestation devoted to new media that provides anopportunity for emerging artists from all over the world to create,thrive and present their innovative work.

GJON MILI IVA Festival welcomes all genres including - Visual Narrative, Experimental Short Film, Eksperimental Short Documentary and hybrid film forms, animation, and more.

By submitting your work, take note that:

• Films may be no longer than 20 minutes. We do not accept feature-length films.

• You must own or have all the rights to the submitted film.

• You agree to use parts of your film (including trailer/teaser/film poster) for promotional purpose.

• Non-English films must have English subtitles

    Behind this festival are people who go to great lengths and are deeply committed to the cause. The festival stands out for its ingenious screening concept, which integrates indoor venues and open-air spaces, and takes place at three different locations around the world. The whole experience is rounded off with plenty of opportunities for networking.
