Rules & Terms

1. By submitting the filmmaker declares that they are the rightful owner of the film submitted.
2. Non English submitted films must be subtitled in English.
3. You may submit more then one project.
4. Foreign films are welcome.
5. We reserve the right to use excerpts from submitted project for publicity & promotional purposes of event.
