Welcome to the second Future Frame Fest by GIF. Following the overwhelming response to our inaugural year, we’re excited to return bigger and better, this time as an in-person event hosted at the London Film School, with a vibrant mix of industry professionals, students, and graduates set to attend.

Future Frame Fest was founded to shine a light on the filmmakers shaping the future of cinema. We believe there is a wealth of fresh talent waiting to be discovered, and our mission is to create a platform where these creative voices can showcase their work to a wide and engaged audience.

From Shorts to Micro-Shorts, horror to comedy, we welcome submissions from across the globe, because we know that the great filmmakers of tomorrow can come from anywhere.

The festival will culminate in an exciting awards night in London on 24th October 2026, celebrating the very best work showcased throughout the festival and bringing together creatives from across the industry for an unforgettable evening.

The festival is managed by Graduates in Film C.I.C, an organisation dedicated to helping graduates find their place in the film industry after completing their studies. Future Frame Fest is just one of the many opportunities we aim to provide for emerging creative, offering them the chance to have their work seen by industry professionals while also connecting with and learning from their peers.
