AT CINEMA DES ARCADES 77 FELIX FAURE, 06400 CANNES FRANCE*****
✨ We are an IMDB-qualifying festival! ✨
We are on the path of becoming an Inclusion qualifying festival into the big sister CANNES FILM FESTIVAL

We’re proud to build a cultural bridge between the United States, France, and other English- and French-speaking countries.

We celebrate outstanding storytelling from emerging and established filmmakers and actors alike. Our team curates with passion and creates a supportive and collaborative environment. We connect creators with distribution partners and give visibility to new talent. Agents and buyers eagerly anticipate our lineup each year.

Our festival champions access, visibility, and opportunity — and we’re just starting!

We welcome all types of films, including documentaries and educational content, as well as scripts. We’re especially excited to showcase hidden gems to top literary agents, including IAG (formerly APA).

This is a truly international platform, breaking language barriers to spotlight global voices, ideas, and visions.
🔹 Films screening in the U.S. must include English subtitles.
🔹 Films screening in France (starting in 2025) will require French subtitles.
🔹 High-resolution digital formats only.

We look forward to discovering your work and welcoming you into a dynamic and inclusive creative community built on artistic excellence, mutual respect, and meaningful collaboration.

🎞 HOW AND WHY WE STARTED: OUR MISSION
Every great endeavor starts with an idea. Ours was born in 2020 out of rich conversations between French-Americans, Francophile Americans, and filmmakers passionate about nurturing the special bond between France and the United States.

Film is a universal language — one that speaks from the heart and upholds values like liberty, equality, and fraternity. So we created this festival as an annual celebration of that deep connection.

France was America’s first ally during the War of Independence, and its cultural impact — from the Statue of Liberty to fashion, cuisine, and philosophy — has shaped American life. In return, the U.S. has stood beside France through major world events and remains one of its strongest allies.

The France USA International Film Festival highlights this mutual admiration by focusing on films from the U.S., France, and the French-speaking world.

We believe that films are visionary tools for education, justice, empathy, and love.
Our mission is to celebrate these storytellers, create networking opportunities, support distribution, and foster a community rooted in respect, kindness, and joy.

🏆 Trophies will be awarded to the winners in each category.
Our producers and partners have strong connections with international distributors.
