Length: The film should be in the range of 5-15 minutes
Acting: Anyone pictured should have a signed model release form
Audio: All music and sound FX should be royalty free
Plot: There should be a clear story with well written characters
Content: The film should be free of profanity, drugs, alcohol, sex, extreme
violence/gore, or otherwise disturbing topics
Title: Some type of title screen should display the title of the film
Credits: Anybody who contributed to the film should be credited
All films must be directed by a person or persons under the age of 18.
