Florida Asian Pacific Film Festival (FAPFF) is and annual film festival whose mission is to cultivate a deeper appreciation for Asian and Pacific cinema, cultivating a vibrant community of film enthusiasts, artists, and industry professionals. It seeks to nurture a supportive environment for filmmakers to connect, collaborate, and thrive.

Driven by a commitment to inclusivity and creativity, the Florida Asian Pacific Film Festival (FAPFF) is dedicated to promoting cultural diversity, fostering dialogue, and inspiring meaningful connections through the art of filmmaking.

If the festival selects your film, you will receive the following benefits:

All submissions must be directed by a citizen of an Asian country bordering the Pacific Ocean and must have been mostly filmed in Asian Pacific countries. All films for the 2026 FAPFF must have been completed in 2024 or 2025 and be subtitled in English. Films and all related material must be turned in digitally via the festival website. **Communication will be through email.**
Asian Pacific countries include but are not limited to the Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Cambodia, Laos, Vietnam, China, Korea, Japan, Taiwan, Polynesia (except Hawaii and New Zealand), Micronesia, Melanesia, etc.

If accepted, FAPFF will announce it on the website and in an official email in the week of February 15, 2026. Your attendance is not required; however, you will be required to provide a trailer of your film as well as promotional materials to secure top viewing times.

Films must be submitted in HD (1920 x 1080) format with the H264 High Quality codec. Any frame rate is acceptable. If there are higher resolution versions of the film available, then those versions will be recommended if the film is accepted for the festival.
