GENERAL INFORMATION
1. The organiser of the Film Festival Senior Movie (hereinafter referred to as the Festival) is the Kamera Association (hereinafter referred to as the Organiser), located in Szczecin, postal code 70-445, Papieża Jana Pawła II 17 street.
2. Festival takes place September 30 – October 4, 2026 in Szczecin.
3. The purpose of the Festival is to present to the general public independent and amateur films made by the filmmakers 60+ years old, as well as to stimulate and promote the independent film movement.

SECTIONS
In the ninth edition of the Festival, two competition sections are planned:
1. 60+ Competition
2. Through Generations Competition
CONDITIONS
60+ Competition:
1. The Organiser does not set any thematic and genre limitations.
2. The films admitted to the selection process will have a running time no longer than 30 minutes and be produced after January 1st 2024.
3. The author of a film must be a person of 60+ years of age.
4. In case the work is done by a collective at least one member should meet the age criterion set in item 3.
5. The film should contain a title and credits.
6. Each author/creator may submit 2 films maximum.
7. In order to submit a film, a correctly filled entry form (available on the website www.seniormovie.pl ) needs to be sent in, as well as a preview copy on DVD, Blu-ray or another medium. A link to the film (e.g. Vimeo, YouTube, etc.) is also accepted. The films can be submitted to the competition also through the online platform www.filmfreeway.com
8. Films on DVD/Blu-ray/another medium and the entry form should be sent to: Stowarzyszenie Kamera al.Papieża Jana Pawła II 17, 70-445 Szczecin. Link(s) to films should be emailed to ngokamera@gmail.com
9. Deadline for entries: June 30. 2026.
10. Email a photo (a frame of the film) in digital version (JPG format, 300 DPI resolution) to ngokamera@gmail.com (with the film title and the film frame author’s name).
11. Films in a language other than Polish must have subtitles in English
12. Films for the Festival made by:
– the memebers of the Selection Committee (or with their collaboration)
– Jury members (or with their collaboration)
will not be allowed for submission.
13. In order to submit the film, one must pay a fee – 5 dollars (except for the first month of submission).
14. Festival does not charge the fee if the author of the film is Polish or Ukrainian. Therefore, one must contact the Organiser via an email.
Through Generations Competition:
1. The Organiser does not set any thematic and genre limitations. Films should include senior and intergenerational topics (getting old, old people problems, etc.)
2. The films admitted to the selection process will have a running time no longer than 50 minutes
and be produced after January 1-st 2024.
3. There are no restrictions in terms of author’s age.
4. The film should contain a tilte and credits.
5. Every author can submit 1 film to the competition.
6. In order to submit a film, a correctly filled entry form (available on the website www.seniormovie.pl ) needs to be sent in, as well as a preview copy on DVD, Blu-ray or another medium. A link to the film (e.g.Vimeo, YouTube, etc.) is also accepted. The films can be submitted to the competition also through the online platform www.filmfreeway.com

13. Festival does not charge the fee if the author of the film is Polish or Ukrainian. Therefore, one must contact the Organiser via an email.
SELECTION
1. The admission of the films to the Festival is decided by the Selection Committee appointed by the Organiser.
2. The decisions of the Selection Commitee are final.
3. The Selection Committee is not obliged to justify the selection decisions.
4. The qualified films are made available to the Organiser free of charge.
5. The Organiser does not return the submitted materials.
6. The submitting party shall not withdraw their film from festival screenings once it has been qualified.
7. The official selection will be announced by August 10th 2026, at the latest, on the website www.seniormovie.pl
8. The qualified films can be screened in the following formats: BluRay, DVD, H.264
(e.g.MP4). Presentations in other formats must receive an individual consent from the
Organisers.
JURY, PRIZES
1. The films admitted for the Festival main competiton will be judged by the professional Jury appointed by the Organisers.
2. The following financial prizes are anticipated to be awarded in the 60+ Competition:
• 1st prize – Cat statuette and a financial prize of PLN 3000
• Thematic prize/2nd prize – financial prize of PLN 2000
3. Films qualified to the Through Generations Competition will be judged by the professtional Jury appointed by the Organisers
4. Through Generations Competition awards:
• 1st prize – Cat statuette and a financial prize of PLN 4000
• Thematic prize/2nd prize – financial prize of PLN 2000
5. Publicity prize – Cat statuette and a financial prize of PLN 2000.
The publicity prize is awarded by the audience of the festival as a result of voting from both competitions.
6. The Jury has the right to award honorary mentions.
7. The Jury has the right to differently distribute or not to award prizes.
8. The prizes and honorary mentions will be transferred to the bank account provided by the winner. 9. The amounts of the prizes are the amounts before taxes. They are taxed according to the Tax Code of the Republic of Poland.
10. The official verdict and the prize awarding ceremony will be held on September 4th 2026 at the evening gala.
PROMOTION
1. The Organiser reserves the right to use selected excerpts – up to 3 minutes – from the qualified films for the Festival’s promotional and informational purposes e.g. the Festival trailer, TV broadcasts, etc.
2. The Organiser reserves the right to display the information about a film and its authors/creators on its website, in social media (e.g. Facebook) and in all the promotional publications (e.g. Catalogue, press releases, etc.)
3. The Organiser reserves the right to use the materials provided for the promotional activities related to the Festival.
FESTIVAL SCREENINGS
Apart from cinema screenings, there will be also online screenings.
1. Cinema screenings
- Cinema screenings will take place between September 30 – October 4, 2026.
- During the festival there will be up to 2 screenings of a film.
2. Online screenings
- Apart from cinema screenings, there will be online screenings between September 30 – October 4, 2026.
- By submitting the film to the festival, the owners of the rights to the film also consent to the screening of their films online between September 30 – October 4, 2026.
PERSONAL DATA
1. Personal data from the entry will be processed for terms of the Festival.
2. The participant agrees for publication of personal data of the filmmakers for the needs necessary to promote the film on TV and radio stations, press, websites and as part of the use for printed materials during the Festival.
3. Information such as address, telephone and e-mail are used only for purposes related to the organization of the Festival and will remain the exclusive information to the Organizer.
4. The administrator of personal data is Stowarzyszenie Kamera al.Papieża Jana Pawła II 17, 70-445 Szczecin.
5. Personal data will be processed by the time the Festival is organized and will be deleted after it ends, unless the law provides otherwise.
CONCLUDING INFORMATION
1. The copyrights of the films submitted to the Festival cannot be limited by any way and cannot violate the copyrights of other people as well as any law regulations. If this term cannot be fulfilled, the authors are obliged to enclose a declaration that explains the legal status of the films.
2. In case of concealing the information, the participant will cover any costs related to legal consequences that might occur.
3. Submitting a film to the Festival the author agrees to present the film free of charge during the competiton screenings (up to two times), present the film free of charge for promotional purposes and accompanying events after the Festival is ended (up to two times).
4. The Organiser reserves the right to change these terms and conditions.
5. Entering a film to participate in the Festival is synonymous with accepting the above terms and conditions, as well as the information included in the entry form.

INFORMACJE OGÓLNE
1. Organizatorem Festiwalu Filmowego Senior Movie (zwanego dalej Festiwalem) jest Stowarzyszenie Kamera (zwane dalej Organizatorem) z siedzibą w Szczecinie al. Papieża Jana Pawła II, 70-445 Szczecin.
2. Festiwal odbędzie się w Szczecinie w dniach 30 września - 4 października 2026 r.
3. Głównym celem Festiwalu jest prezentacja szerokiej widowni niezależnych i amatorskich filmów zrealizowanych przez twórców w wieku powyżej 60 roku życia oraz stymulowanie i promowanie niezależnego ruchu filmowego.

SEKCJE
Wdziewiątej edycji Festiwalu przewidywane są dwie sekcje konkursowe:
1. Konkurs 60 plus
2. Konkurs Poprzez Pokolenia/Through Generations Competition)
WARUNKI, JAKIE POWINNY SPEŁNIAĆ FILMY PRZEDSTAWIANE DO SELEKCJI
Konkurs 60 plus:
1. Organizator nie narzuca autorom żadnych ograniczeń tematycznych i gatunkowych.
2. Do selekcji dopuszczane są wyłącznie filmy o długości nieprzekraczającej 30 minut i powstałe po 01.01.2024 r.
3. Autorem filmu musi być osoba w wieku powyżej 60 roku życia.
4. W przypadku pracy zbiorowej przynajmniej jedna osoba musi spełniać kryterium wiekowe wskazane w punkcie 3.
5. Film powinien zawierać tytuł i informacje o autorze lub autorach.
6. Każdy twórca może zgłosić maksymalnie 2 filmy do konkursu.
7. W celu zgłoszenia filmu należy nadesłać poprawnie wypełniony formularz zgłoszeniowy dostępny na stronie Festiwalu seniormovie.pl oraz kopię wglądową na płycie DVD, Blu-ray lub innym nośniku. Dopuszczalne jest też zamieszczenie linku do filmu (np. Vimeo, Youtube itp.). Zgłoszenie filmu może odbyć się także poprzez platformę internetową www.filmfreeway.com
8. Filmy na płytach DVD/Blu-ray/innym nośniku i wypełniony formularz należy przesyłać na adres: Stowarzyszenie Kamera al. Papieża Jana Pawła II, 70-445 Szczecin. Linki do filmów na ngokamera@gmail.com
9. Zgłoszony film powinien znaleźć się u Organizatora najpóźniej do dnia 30.06 2026 r. (decyduje data wpływu).
10. Należy dostarczyć Organizatorom zdjęcie (kadr z filmu) w wersji cyfrowej (format JPG, rozdzielczość 300 DPI) na adres ngokamera@gmail.com, podając w tytule maila tytuł filmu i imię i nazwisko autora filmu, którego kadr dotyczy.
11. W filmach w językach innych niż język polski wymagane są napisy w języku angielskim.
12. Do Festiwalu nie zostaną dopuszczone filmy:
– zrealizowane przez członków Komisji Kwalifikacyjnej lub przy ich współudziale,
– zrealizowane przez członków Jury lub przy ich współudziale.
13. Zgłoszenie filmu poprzez platformę FilmFreeway wiąże się z uiszczeniem kwoty 5 dolarów (z wyłączeniem pierwszego miesiąca zgłoszeń).
14. W przypadku zgłoszenia do Konkursu filmu zrealizowanego przez twórcę z Polski i z Ukrainy, Festiwal nie pobiera opłaty. Należy wówczas skontaktować się z Organizatorem mailowo.
Konkurs Poprzez Pokolenia/Through Generations:
1. Organizator nie narzuca autorom ograniczeń gatunkowych, natomiast filmy powinny dotyczyć tematyki senioralnej i międzypokoleniowej.
2. Do selekcji dopuszczane są wyłącznie filmy o długości nieprzekraczającej 50 minut i powstałe po 01.01.2024 r.
3. Organizator nie narzuca autorom ograniczeń wiekowych.
4. Film powinien zawierać tytuł i informacje o autorze lub autorach.
5. Każdy twórca może zgłosić maksymalnie 1 film do konkursu.
6. W celu zgłoszenia filmu należy nadesłać poprawnie wypełniony formularz zgłoszeniowy dostępny na stronie Festiwalu seniormovie.pl oraz kopię wglądową na płycie DVD, Blu-ray lub innym nośniku. Dopuszczalne jest też zamieszczenie linku do filmu (np. Vimeo, Youtube itp.). Zgłoszenie filmu może odbyć się także poprzez platformę internetową www.filmfreeway.com

SELEKCJA
1. O dopuszczeniu filmów do Konkursu 60 plus i do konkursu Poprzez Pokolenia decyduje Komisja Kwalifikacyjna powołana przez Organizatora.
2. Decyzje Komisji Selekcyjnej są nieodwołalne.
3. Komisja nie jest zobowiązana do wyjaśniania swoich postanowień.
4. Zakwalifikowane filmy są udostępnione Organizatorowi bezpłatnie.
5. Organizator nie zwraca nadesłanych materiałów.
6. Po zakwalifikowaniu filmu do konkursu zgłaszający zobowiązuje się do niewycofania filmu z pokazów festiwalowych.
7. Wyniki selekcji konkursowej zostaną ogłoszone nie później niż 10 sierpnia 2026 roku na stronie internetowej seniormovie.pl
8. Zakwalifikowane filmy mogą być wyświetlane z następujących formatów: BluRay, DVD, H.264 (np. MP4). Możliwość prezentacji z innych formatów niż podane powyżej muszą być ustalone indywidualnie z Organizatorem.
JURY, NAGRODY
1. Filmy zakwalifikowane do Festiwalu do konkursu 60 plus oceniane będą przez powołane przez Organizatora profesjonalne Jury.
2. Przewiduje się przyznanie następujących nagród finansowych w konkursie 60 plus:
• I nagroda – statuetka Kota, nagroda pieniężna w wysokości 3000 zł
nagroda tematyczna lub druga- nagroda pieniężna w wysokości 2000 zł
3. Filmy zakwalifikowane do Festiwalu do konkursu Poprzez Pokolenia oceniane będą przez powołane przez Organizatora Jury.
4. Nagroda w konkursie Poprzez Pokolenia:
• I nagroda – statuetka Kota, nagroda pieniężna w wysokości 3000 zł
• nagroda tematyczna lub druga - nagroda pieniężna w wysokości 2000 zł
5. Nagroda publiczności – statuetka Kota, nagroda pieniężna w wysokości 2000zł. Nagrodę publiczności przyznają widzowie festiwalu w wyniku głosowania spośród filmów z obu konkursów.
6. Jury ma prawo przyznać dodatkowe honorowe wyróżnienia.
7. Jury ma prawo dokonać innego podziału nagród lub ich nieprzyznania.
8. Nagrody i wyróżnienia wypłacane będą przelewem na rachunek bankowy wskazany przez laureata.
9. Kwoty przyznanych nagród są kwotami brutto. Przyznane nagrody dla laureatów konkursu głównego podlegają opodatkowaniu zgodnie z prawem polskim.
10. Oficjalne odczytanie werdyktu i wręczenie nagród odbędzie się podczas uroczystej gali zamknięcia.
PROMOCJA
1. Organizator zastrzega sobie prawo do użycia wybranych fragmentów – do 3 min. - zakwalifikowanych filmów do działań promocyjnych i informacyjnych Festiwalu np. w postaci materiałów audiowizualnych promujących Festiwal, w audycjach telewizyjnych, internetowych itp.
2. Organizator zastrzega sobie prawo do umieszczenia przekazanych informacji o filmie i jego twórcach na stronie Festiwalu, w mediach społecznościowych (np. Facebook) oraz we wszystkich publikacjach promocyjnych (np. katalog, informacje prasowe, internetowe itp.).
3. Organizator zastrzega sobie prawo do użycia przekazanych materiałów w celach promocyjnych związanych z Festiwalem.
POKAZY FESTIWALOWE
Oprócz pokazów kinowych odbywać się będą również pokazy online.
1. Pokazy w kinach
- Pokazy kinowe odbędą się w dniach 30 września-4 października 2026r.
- Podczas festiwalu może odbyć się nie więcej niż 2 pokazy kinowe jednego filmu.
2. Pokazy online
- Oprócz pokazów kinowych, w dniach 30 września-4 października 2026r. odbędą się również pokazy online.
- Właściciele praw do filmu zgłaszając film na festiwal jednocześnie wyrażają zgodę na projekcję swoich filmów w formule online wyłącznie w dniach 30 września-4 października 2026r.
DANE OSOBOWE
1. Dane osobowe z kart zgłoszeniowych będą przetwarzane dla celu zrealizowania postanowień regulaminu Festiwal.
2. Uczestnik wyraża zgodę na publikację danych osobowych twórców filmu dla potrzeb niezbędnych do promowania filmu w stacjach telewizyjnych i radiowych, prasie, na stronach internetowych oraz w ramach wykorzystania w trakcie Festiwalu w materiałach drukowanych.
3. Informacje takie, jak adres zamieszkania, telefon, e-mail służą jedynie do celów związanych z organizacją Festiwalu i pozostają do wyłącznej wiadomości Organizatora 4. Administratorem danych osobowych jest Stowarzyszenie Kamera al. Papieża Jana Pawła II, 70-445 Szczecin.
5. Dane osobowe będą przetwarzane przez czas organizacji Festiwalu, a po jego zakończeniu usunięte, chyba że prawo przewiduje inaczej.
INFORMACJE KOŃCOWE
1. Prawa autorskie do filmów zgłoszonych na Festiwal nie mogą być w żaden sposób ograniczone ani naruszać praw autorskich i dóbr osobistych osób trzecich. W przypadku niespełnienia tego warunku, autorzy filmów zobowiązani są załączyć do Karty Zgłoszenia filmu oświadczenia precyzujące sytuację prawną filmów.
2. W przypadku zatajenia powyższych informacji, autor filmu biorącego udział w Festiwalu pokryje wszelkie koszty obsługi prawnej wynikającej z ewentualnych roszczeń osób trzecich za naruszenie ich praw wobec Organizatora.
3. Zgłaszając film do udziału w Konkursie, autor wyraża jednocześnie zgodę na jego publiczną bezpłatną maksymalnie dwukrotną prezentację w ramach projekcji konkursowych oraz na bezpłatną publiczną prezentację maksymalnie dwukrotną w ramach działań promocyjnych i w ramach wydarzeń towarzyszących Festiwalu po jego zakończeniu.
4. Organizator zastrzega sobie prawo do zmian niniejszego regulaminu
5. Zgłoszenie filmu do udziału w Festiwalu jest równoznaczne z akceptacją powyższego regulaminu oraz informacji zawartych w formularzu zgłoszeniowym.
