Hey! It's time for the second Film Basement Horror Film Awards! Your horror short or feature could win one of the many Film Basement Horror Film Awards awards, and the winner of the" Best of the Fest" awards will screen live in Los Angeles on March 23rd 2024. We here at www.filmbasement.com believe that all projects deserve to be celebrated, so every film submitted will be considered an Official Selection of the festival, but only the best of the best will win one of our many awards. We are hosting this award showcase to elevate horror filmmakers from around the globe. Horror strikes at the very heart, reinvigorating us. When your pulse sky rockets from intense fear you know that you're alive. Horror filmmaking is something we're all deeply passionate about and we know you are too. Rules & Terms

Awards will be announced at www.filmbasement.com sometime around 3/23/25.

All "Best of the Fest" award winners will screened or be read live at the festival on April 1st and 2nd 2025. (dates subject to change) There will also be an award ceremony for all the award winners this year! Date TBD.

A list of the winners will be published on www.filmbasement.com in late March of 2023.

You can submit your film to as many categories as you'd like.

Films are eligible to win multiple awards.

You can submit multiple projects.

There are no limitations related to premiere status or film completion dates.

All awards are decided at the sole discretion of www.Filmbasement.com.
