Festival Int'l de cinema de Carazinho

OBRIGATÓRIA A PRESENÇA DE UM REPRESENTANTE NO FESTIVAL PARA CLASSIFICAÇÃO.

1) Curtas-metragens: duração máxima de 20 minutos. Longas-metragens: mais de 70 minutos.
2) Um filme (longa metragem) pode ser inscrito em várias categorias para aumentar as chances de nomeação.
3) Todos os filmes que não forem em Português devem ter legendas em Português e inglês.
4) Todos os filmes são assistidos apenas pelos jurados, de forma privada. Após a seleção serão vistos no festival.
5) Todos os vencedores receberão um troféu.
6) Apenas SELECIONADOS que estiverem presentes serão considerados para o prêmio Cará de Ouro do Festival Int'l de Cinema de Carazinho.
7) O responsável pela inscrição concede ao O Festival Int'l de Cinema de Carazinho- o direito de exibir trechos curtos dos projetos durante a cerimônia, publicar imagens nos materiais oficiais e exibir o filme durante a duração do festival.
8) As taxas de inscrição não são reembolsáveis.
9) A decisão dos jurados é final e aceita por todos. Não serão aceitas contestações. Os organizadores reservam-se o direito de não conceder qualquer um dos prêmios.
10) O responsável pela inscrição está ciente de que o evento está sendo filmado e concede ao Carazinho Cine Festival o direito de publicar as imagens do evento (incluindo entrevistas no tapete vermelho e a cerimônia) na televisão e na internet.
11) Todo o evento será transmitido ao vivo.
12) O candidato declara que leu e aceitou as regras e regulamentos para participação no Festival Int’l de cinema de Carazinho, e confirma que possui ou obteve autorização do produtor/detentor dos direitos para inscrever o filme.
13) Podemos retirar a seleção ou o prêmio a qualquer momento caso as regras não sejam respeitadas.
14) Em geral, não concedemos isenções de taxa.
15) Obrigatória presença na cerimônia de premiação e foto oficial de pelo menos um(a) representante do filme em sua respectiva categoria para indicação.

2) A (feature) film may be entered in multiple categories to increase its chances of being nominated.
3) All films not in Portuguese must have subtitles in Portuguese and English.
4) All films are screened privately by the judges only. After selection, they will be screened at the festival.
5) All winners will receive a trophy.
6) Only selected people who are present will be considered for the "Cará de Ouro" award at Carazinho International Film Festival.
7) The person responsible for the entry grants the Carazinho International Film Festival the right to show short excerpts of the projects during the ceremony, to publish images in official materials and to exhibit the film during the festival.
8) Entry fees are non-refundable.
9) The decision of the judges is final and accepted by all. No appeals will be accepted. The organizers reserve the right not to award any of the prizes.
10) The person responsible for the entry is aware that the event is being filmed and grants the Carazinho Cine Festival the right to publish the images of the event (including interviews on the red carpet and the ceremony) on television and the internet.
11) The entire event will be broadcast.
12) The candidate declares that he/she has read and accepted the rules and regulations for participation in the Carazinho International Film Festival, and confirms that he/she has or has obtained authorization from the producer/rights holder to submit the film.
13) We may withdraw the selection or the award at any time if the rules are not respected.
14) In general, we do not grant fee exemptions.
15) The presence of at least one representative of the film in its respective category is mandatory for nomination.
