7th Norte de Santander International Film Festival

We welcome the participants to this fifth version 2024, we are looking for amateurs and professionals in the audiovisual world who want to participate in the call to participate in the 6th Norte de Santander International Film Festival.

The 7th Norte de Santander International Film Festival is organized by the Frontera Films Corporation. Born from the need to create a film industry in the region, from the Colombian-Venezuelan border and from a pedagogical and training field, our objective is to promote cinema in the Norte de Santander department and the border region, being the most important festival in the Northeast Colombian.

With the aim of projecting Cúcuta as a new city that enters the audiovisual dynamics and creation of world cultural content, taking into account the new restrictions on social events due to the situation we are going through worldwide due to COVID- 19, we will have hybrid, blended events in the city of Cúcuta and virtually. For this reason, like last year, the festival will have screenings of short films via STREAMING for free on facebook live and in person in the city of Cúcuta, respecting social distancing measures and respecting the measures of government and state regulatory entities. .

CONVERSATORIES AND JURIES:

-There will be talks and talks with professionals of the national cinema.

-The juries will be suitable and professional people in the world of national cinema and delegates of the festival organization.
