Films must be short-form, with a maximum runtime of 30 minutes.
Submissions are open to filmmakers of all backgrounds and levels of experience.
2.Genre and Theme:
All genres are welcome, including drama, comedy, documentary, animation, and experimental films.
Films should be original works. No previously publicly released or published content is allowed.
3.Submission Format:
Films must be submitted in high-resolution digital format (e.g., MP4 or MOV).
English subtitles are required for films in any language other than English.
English films have the option to add subtitles in other languages to reach an international audience and amplify the impact of the film.
4. Completion time
The films must be made within the last two years, ensuring that the works must have the latest perspectives and innovations.
5. Copyright Requirements
The director must have the full copyright or have obtained the necessary licenses to ensure that the work is legally free of copyright or intellectual property disputes.

Entries must be submitted online through the Festival's official website or uploaded through a third-party platform designated by the Festival.
2. Submission Format
Films must be submitted in high-resolution digital format (e.g., MP4 or MOV).
3. Fees
A non-refundable entry fee is required for each entry.
Early commits receive a discount.

HD digital video files (at least 1080p)
Video introduction (100 words or less)
Director's profile (within 50 words)
