By offering a supportive and dynamic environment, we hope to inspire creativity, foster community, and highlight the rich cinematic potential of Western New York. Join us in this exciting new venture to shine a spotlight on the next generation of filmmakers and the incredible stories they have to tell.

Rules & Terms

Film runtime must be 5-10 minutes long, including credits.

The film must be filmed and delivered in at least 1080p HD quality.

The film format must be an MP4 or MOV file.

Entrants have no age requirements; however, anyone under 18 must have written parent and guardian permission to participate.

The competition is open to U.S. and international entries.

Films must be in the English language or contain English-language subtitles.

Films must have completed post-production on or after January 1, 2024.

Films from previous exhibitions on broadcast cable or online are allowed.

If selected, to participate in the film festival, all films must be submitted via Google Drive to fbeproductionsinfo@gmail.com no later than 11:59 PM on October 4th, 2024.
