FARA FILM FESTIVAL

20 – 23 JULY 2023

The call is intended to:

1) ITALIAN SHORT FILMS CATEGORY: Italian short films (with subtitles in English) lasting up to 15 minutes (titles included). FREE theme.
2) INTERNATIONAL SHORT FILMS CATEGORY: International short films (with subtitles in Italian) lasting up to 15 minutes (titles included). FREE theme.
3) ANIMATION SHORT FILMS CATEGORY: Italian short films (with subtitles in Italian or English) lasting up to 15 minutes (titles included). FREE theme.

NO LATER THAN the 30th of June 2023.

a) The application form (attached to the Notice) to be completed in its entirety;
b) sending of its Opera via YouTube (via private link), Vimeo (via links with private password), WeTransfer or Dropbox (via shared folder);
c) sending their information pack includes the following material:
- At least 3 photos of the work (b & w or color) and a director, for which the rights for free;
- Bio-filmography of the director;
- List cast and crew;
- Synopsis of the work (in Italian or English);
- Other (trailers, press kit, poster / and press review, scene photos, etc.).

The works that will be selected, will necessarily have to be sent by mail to the Festival organizing Secretary in the various screening formats.

The candidate can send only once their work. All works proposed for the Festival will be reviewed by the Artistic Director, who will be assisted in the technical jury will identify the works "in competition" and will award prizes Special, the final decision.

All applicants will be notified by e-mail on the results of the selection, which will be published on the site anyway http://www.farafilmfestival.com
The opinions emerged from the votes of the Technical Jury are final.
The works presented may be projected to the public in the manner and the program will be the sole responsibility of the Organizing Committee.

2) CATEGORIA CORTOMETRAGGI INTERNAZIONALI: Cortometraggi internazionali (con sottotitoli in italiano) della durata massima di 15 minuti (titoli inclusi). Tema LIBERO.
3) CATEGORIA CORTOMETRAGGI D'ANIMAZIONE: cortometraggi italiani (con sottotitoli in italiano o inglese) della durata massima di 15 minuti (titoli inclusi). Tema LIBERO.

Ogni candidato deve fornire il materiale all'indirizzo e-mail d.urciuolo@gmail.com
NON OLTRE il 30 di giugno 2023.

a) Il modulo di domanda (allegato all'Avviso) da compilare in ogni sua parte;
b) invio della propria Opera tramite YouTube (tramite link privato), Vimeo (tramite link con password privata), WeTransfer o Dropbox (tramite cartella condivisa);
c) l'invio del proprio pacchetto informativo comprende il seguente materiale:
- Almeno 3 foto dell'opera (b&n o a colori) e una del regista, per le quali i diritti sono gratuiti;
- Bio-filmografia del regista;
- Elenco cast e troupe;
- Sinossi dell'opera (in italiano o inglese);
- Altro (trailer, cartella stampa, poster / e rassegna stampa, foto di scena, ecc.).

Le opere che saranno selezionate, dovranno necessariamente essere inviate per MAIL alla Segreteria organizzativa del Festival nei vari formati di proiezione richiesti.
Il candidato può inviare una sola volta il proprio lavoro. Tutte le opere proposte per il Festival saranno esaminate dal Direttore Artistico, che sarà coadiuvato da una giuria tecnica che individuerà le opere "in concorso" e assegnerà premi.
Tutti i candidati saranno avvisati via e-mail sui risultati della selezione, che saranno comunque pubblicati sul sito http://www.farafilmfestival.com
I pareri emersi dalle votazioni della Giuria Tecnica sono definitivi.
Le opere presentate potranno essere proiettate al pubblico secondo le modalità e il programma sarà di esclusiva responsabilità del Comitato Organizzatore.
