The Explorers Club invites you to its Polar Film Festival – to celebrate Antarctica Day (the anniversary of the signing of the Antarctic Treaty on December 1st, 1959) and showcase a diverse collection of feature films, documentaries and shorts about and from the Arctic and Antarctica. The films explore the history and grandeur of Earth’s polar regions as well as the environmental challenges they are facing.
In the long tradition of The Explorers Club, you will have an opportunity to rub elbows with polar explorers, filmmakers and special guests who will share their stories and imagery as we honor their passions and spotlight their life’s work.
