Rules & Terms

· Entries must be in English or subtitled in English. If your film will be selected for screening you must send a dialog list with time-code and file in high quality (Full HD or HD, mp4 or mov). It necessary for making the russian subtitles.
- In accordance with our festival policy, we show only winning films. The movies - finalists will get the laurels and certificates (by request).
· Multiple entries are allowed for each filmmaker and each entry may be entered in multiple categories.
· All entries should be sent via FilmFreeway. Please don't send discs or any downloadable files to us before your film is accepted.
· Entries will not be returned
· Entry fees are non-refundable

    I did not go to Euro Fest but they were great about communicating and when I asked them to send the prize certificate the responded immediately. Sometimes I never hear from the festivals, so high marks to Euro Fest for connecting to the filmmakers.
