Elie Gardner is a photojournalist, filmmaker, and graduate student in global development. In the past decade, she has been based on three continents and told stories from more than 20 countries. She regularly collaborates with humanitarian organizations to tell character-driven stories, dissecting how war, climate change, and poverty affect lives. She is the cofounder of Everyday Latin America – an Instagram community that uses photography to paint a more accurate view of daily life than what is commonly seen in the media. Elie is currently based in Norway.
