The Power of the Needle

As Europe's demographics change, spaces that bring diverse groups of people together for a common cause are increasingly important to the mental health of all in society. In southern Norway, Nålens Makt (The Power of the Needle) brings together women from all backgrounds through embroidery. In the process of stitching their stories, some say they have found a greater sense of identity and belonging.
