The Eleanor Rose International Film Festival is destined to showcase extravagant work from the most talented filmmakers around the world. Simple as that. Our main goal as a new film festival is to bring artists from all walks of life together to celebrate the art of storytelling. The Eleanor Rose International Film Festival will be held May 29th, 30th and 31st 2026 at the historic Roxy Theater in Northampton, Pennsylvania.

Northampton, Pennsylvania is a beautiful town in the heart of the commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Most major cities in North America are less than half a day drive away such as New York City, Philadelphia, Chicago and Boston.

The Roxy Theater is a 650 seat theater and one of only 600 independent theaters remaining in the United States. The Roxy Theater is top of the line with DLP Cinema to showcase your film on the big screen in front of a packed theater.

- All selected films will receive a "Official Selection" digital film laurel via email.

- All winning films at the festival will receive plaques and an award package. Winning films will also receive their respected winning laurel via email after festival is complete.

Rules & Terms

- All films need to be submitted digitally. Films must be available via download upon submission.
- All films that are not in English, must have English language subtitles.
- You may submit multiple films.
- All Filmmakers must have necessary rights to their films.
- ERIFF reserves the right to use a clip, and or clips or photos from accepted entries for promotional purposes on print, radio, trailer on TV, Cinema, or Internet.
- ERIFF reserves the right to screen accepted entries as part of the Eleanor Rose International Film Festival.
- Entrant acknowledges that the ERIFF may not be held liable for any loss, damages or injury associated with this contest. Entrant agrees to indemnify the ERIFF for all costs, damages, and attorneys fees resulting from any third party claims, including copyright infringement, arising from entrant’s participation.
- All Filmmakers have free admission to the festival and will receive their passes prior to the festival.
- By submitting to the Eleanor Rose International Film Festival, you have read and agreed to our terms and services.

    I had such a phenomenal time at Eleanor Rose! I wish I could give hospitality more than five stars! Jacob Jones and everyone was so welcoming and inviting! It was an honor to have Nevermore, High Card, and Swordman's Sonnet screened at the Roxy Theatre, and thank you to the festival for awarding Best Comedy Short Film to Swordman's Sonnet!

    I submitted my short film "Talk" to the Eleanor Rose International Film Festival last year and was amazed with how well everything came together. The films were carefully selected, and the environment was welcoming to both filmmakers and audiences. Jake was an amazing host and very approachable. I recommend any filmmaker that wants to have their film screened should definitely submit here especially with their low submission fee!

    Thank you very much to the Eleanor Rose International Film Festival organization 🌹. 🙏🏻✨✨Unfortunately, the distance between countries prevented us from attending in person for the screening of our animation "In Half" at the majestic Roxy Theatre. However, the festival team maintained constant communication and did an excellent job promoting on social media, which helped give visibility to all the participating works. We are confident that in future editions, the festival will continue to grow and establish itself as a major event in the circuit. Highly recommended! Thx ✨✨✨✨
