Elmo Film Festival is the first of its kind festival in Canada dedicated to the diverse relationships between moving image and music.

The program deals, cross-genre, with all types of moving pictures that visualise music and sound, including music documentaries and artistic music films.

We are thrilled to announce that we are now accepting submissions for the El Mocambo Film Festival Preview Event! We invite filmmakers and musicians from around the world to submit their short films, music videos, and feature films.

To submit your work, please adhere to the following guidelines:

- Short films should not exceed 30 minutes in length.
- Music videos must be original works and should not be longer than 10 minutes. Please also note if the artist/band would be performing alongside the screening.
- Feature films should be at least 40 minutes long.

All submissions should align with the festival's theme of cinema meets music. We encourage diverse and innovative approaches to the integration of music into visual storytelling.
