Wow! What a superb festival and experience! The Making Up team were all so delighted by the awards we received. Congratulations to Carrie, Natalie, Spencer and all of the other wonderful team members on arranging such a brilliant, vibrant, warm event. As I mentioned on the day, from an outsider's perspective, it's clear how difficult it can be to put together a film festival, especially an effective one, and on top of that, one which is building its presence over its first couple of years this team pulled it off beautifully and made it look so easy - continued kudos! This festival really did make it all about the filmmakers, the stories and there were so many meticulous and clever little touches - no detail overlooked! Constant communication from Carrie which was also lovely. Well done and thank you for making us a part of it!
