The EU FILM FESTIVAL (EUROPANORAMA) is the very 1st EU moving/travelling film festival designed to present contemporary EU and European short films productions (animation, fiction, documentary, experimental) across Europe and beyond!

The festival is accepting short films from EU, Europe as well as from other countries from all around the globe for special guest sections (ZOOM);

We are organizing independent, non-commercial and in-person short films screening, festival events and short films promotion cine-actions in villages, towns, cities and metropolas across whole Europe presenting unique films and selected short films programings for wide European audience all over the EU & Europe.

It is a developing festival platform all over Europe for talented filmmakers and a celebration of best European and international short films.

We aim to connect European and international filmmakers with wide film & cinema audiences from all corners of Europe and beyond!

EU FILM FESTIVAL - EUROPANORAMA is the 1st travelling independent, international and European short film festival on TOUR across Europe. We are a developing film festival on WHEELS organizing traveling festival events bringing newest European and international short films to film and cinema audiences across whole Europe.

Festival takes place annually from late April to November/December in several European cities across whole Europe in different EU and European countries.

We are creating new European audiences for newest short films of all styles across whole Europe and beyond, giving a chance for European and international filmmakers to be screened at new occassions, places, cinemas, locations and culture venues.

EUROPANORAMA is planned to take place in Udine (Italy), Lugano (Switzerland), Locarno (Switzerland), Alta (Norway), Ljubljana (Slovenia), Graz (Austria), Zagreb (Croatia), Gorizia (Italy), Riga (Latvia) and other 4-5 cities and countries (Estonia, Norway, Denmark, Sweden, Belgium, Netherlands, Spain, Greece etc.);

The EU FILM FESTIVAL is a touring short film festival which provides filmmakers a unique opportunity of having their newest short films screened in front of wide audiences across whole Europe and beyond.

We accept short films submissions (animation, fiction, documentary, experimental, music) from all 27 EU member states as well as from other European, Balkan and /non-EU/ countries from across whole Europe and other international short films from all around the globe (for special guest ZOOM section);

Festival is socially engaged and non-commercial;

EUROPANORAMA is the only EU and European travelling short films festival combining films screenings, film education and audience development across whole Europe;

Festival shows newest EU and European short and documentary films as well as special focus/guest programmings with short films from all around the globe;

Festival Focus: Our Film Festival is designed for all EU filmmakers working in every genre and format and offers film audiences across Europe and beyond in non-EU countries an extraordinary opportunity to meet the future of EU cinema;

The EU film festival is a combination of a moving/travelling cinema and festival event, summer cinema, celebration of new EU and European films, travelling film festival and cinematographic platform for new meetings, cooperations and promotions of new European films;

We are here for the promotion of EU, European and international short film productions to new audiences around the world, creating new cinema lovers for short films;

In past few years we have presented new EU and European short films productions to new audiences in Belgrade (Serbia), Podgorica (Montenegro), Prishtina (Kosovo), Beirut (Lebanon), Jerusalem (Israel), Oslo (Norway), Tirana (Albania), Niksic (Montenegro), Ljubljana (Slovenia), Tampere (Finland), Skopje (Macedonia), Munich (Germany), Vienna (Austria), Budapest (Hungary), Sofia (Bulgaria), Osijek (Croatia), Novi Sad (Serbia), Zagreb (Croatia) etc.;

We are building a developing touring film, festival and moving cinema platform for new European short films to reach out to wide European audiences across whole Europe, including films from emerging talents from all over the EU and Europe with potential to reach new audiences in different EU, European capitals and cities;

Our main goals are:

- promoting newest European short films productions to wide European audiences across whole EU and Europe via different travelling/moving festival screenings, cinema events, summer open-air screenings and film education initiatives;
- creating new networkings, screening opportunities and meeting platforms for emerging European filmmakers;
- organizing discussions between organizers and filmmakers from EU and European countries;
- sharing know-how between filmmakers, producers, visual artists, cinema institutions, organizers, venues and culture producers from EU and European countries;

We accept newest shorts films made and produced in the EU countries, from other European countries (on-EU countries), as well as from other countries from all around the globe for special guest sections (ZOOM);

We accept short films of all genres (animation, fiction, documentary, experiment, dance, music etc.) and of all lenghts (shorts, up to 30min.).

All entry fees are non-refundable.

Short films in all genres will be considered.

Eligible formats for screening copies of selected films to be screened during the festival is .MP4 or .MOV files ready for professional cinema screenings.

Screening copy must be in English or subtitled in English.

No screening fee for selected films.

By submitting the film, you agree to the screening of the film at the festival, if the film is selected into final programmings.

Only films submitted with proprerly paid and covered official entry fees will be considered for final programming selections.
