Siguiendo el modelo del Festival de Eurovisión, nace en Madrid en 2019 el Festival de Eurocinevisión.
Un punto de encuntro en el que todos los países de Europa están llamados a competir con una película que los represente.
La comisión del festival seleccionará un largometraje de cada país que competirá por alzarse con el triunfo.
De entre todos los participantes se seleccionarán 16 películas finalistas que serán proyectadas en el evento final en Madrid.
Al igual que en el Festival de Eurovisión, la competición designará las diferentes posiciones en las que quedarán los largometrajes finalistas; del puesto 16º al 1º.
Al flamente ganador se le otorgará el "Vástago Dorado", como el premio a la mejor película, y su país quedará automáticamente clasificado para la final del año siguiente .

INFORMATION IN ENGLISH

Following the model of the Eurovision Song Contest, the Eurocinevision Film Festival (Eurocinevisión) will be born in Madrid in 2019.
A meeting point in which all the countries of Europe are called to compete with a film that represents them.
The festival commission will select a feature film from each country that will compete to win the triumph.
From among the participants, 16 finalist films will be selected and will be screened at the final event in Madrid.
As in the Eurovision Song Contest, the competition will designate the different positions in which the finalist feature films will be; from the position 16th to 1st place.
The winner will be awarded with the "Golden Stem", as the prize for the best film, and its country will automatically be classified for the final in the following year.

Awards & Prizes

Todas las películas seleccionadas para representar a sus países en el festival, recibirán un certificado electrónico en el que se hará constar tal representación.

A las películas finalistas, además, se les incluirá una reseña indicando su posición en la competición final. Los directores y/o productores de los 16 largometrajes finalistas, si lo desean, podrán asistir como invitados a la proyección de su película para recoger el certificado en papel y compartir su experiencia con el público.

La película ganadora recibirá además el "Vástago Dorado" como premio a la mejor película.

INFORMATION IN ENGLISH

All the films selected to represent their countries in the festival, will receive an electronic certificate in which such representation will be recorded.

For the finalist films will also be include a review indicating their position in the final competition. The directors and / or producers of the 16 finalist films, if they wish, can attend the screening of their film to collect the paper certificate and share their experience with the public.

CONDICIONES GENERALES (2019)

Podrán competir únicamente largometrajes de ficción, preferentemente independientes, de entre 60 y 120 minutos de duración, producidos no antes de 2015 y originarios de países con la totalidad o parte de sus territorios en el Continente Europeo (+ Armenia) o en sus islas próximas (ver lista de países en la sección "países participantes").

NACIONALIDAD

Todas las películas seleccionadas representarán a un país en concreto. Es requisito que el productor o el director esté en posesión de la nacionalidad del país al que la película aspira a representar.

IDIOMA

Al menos el 60% de los diálogos, o intertítulos en caso de cine mudo, deberá estar en una o varias de las lenguas nativas del país.

INSCRIPCIÓN

La inscripción en el festival se realizará a través de la plataforma www.filmfreeway.com. Las películas deberán tener su perfil en la plataforma completo incluyendo cartel y trailer. Asimismo, deberán estar subtituladas en español o en inglés. Las películas inscritas no podrán retirarse del concurso después del 20 de junio de 2018. Las tasas de inscripción no son reembolsables en ningún caso.

COMPROMISOS DE LOS FINALISTAS

Las películas seleccionadas para competir en la final deberán ser enviadas al festival en formato DVD o Bluray, debidamente subtituladas en español, junto con una autorización, que el festival enviará previamente por correo electrónico, impresa y firmada por el titular de la obra, para la proyección de las mismas. El festival deberá haber recibido la copia con la autorización antes del 22 de julio de 2018. Las copias de reproducción no serán devueltas a los participantes

NORMATIVA DEL FESTIVAL

La inscripción en el festival conlleva la plena aceptación de las bases y condiciones del festival. Los participantes inscritos autorizan al festival para que proyecte y promocione sus películas según estime oportuno. El festival no ofrece en ningún caso remuneración económica alguna por la proyección de las películas. El fallo del jurado será en todo caso inapelable.
Los participantes deberán estar en posesión de todos los derechos de autor de sus obras, el festival no asumirá ningún tipo de responsabilidad por asuntos relacionados con licencias de Copyright o con derechos de ningún tipo. El festival se reserva el derecho a modificar las bases y condiciones de participación en cualquier momento sin notificación previa así como cualquier otro aspecto relacionado con el festival.

BASIS OF PARTICIPATION 2019

GENERAL CONDITIONS

Only fiction, preferably independent, films of between 60 and 120 minutes duration, produced not before 2015 and originating from countries with all or part of their territories in the European Continent (+Armenia) or its nearby islands (see list of countries "LISTA DE PAÍSES") may compete in the participating countries section "PAÍSES PARTICIPANTES" in the website of the festival.

NATIONALITY

All selected films will represent a specific country. It is a requirement that the producer or director be in possession of the nationality of the country to which the film aspires to represent.

LANGUAGE

At least 60% of the dialogues, or intertitles in the case of silent movies, must be in one or more of the native languages ​​of the country.

SUBMISSIONS

Submission for the festival will be made through the website www.filmfreeway.com. The films must have complete profile on the website including poster and trailer. They must also be subtitled in Spanish or English.
Films can not be withdrawn from the contest after June 20, 2018. Submission fees are not refundable in any case.

COMMITMENTS OF THE FINALISTS

The films selected to compete in the final must be sent to the festival in DVD or Bluray format, duly subtitled in Spanish, together with an authorization, which the festival will send previously by e-mail, printed and signed by the owner of the work, for the projection of the same. The festival must have received the copy with the authorization before July 22, 2018. Reproduction copies will not be returned to participants

FESTIVAL REGULATIONS

The submission in the festival implies the full acceptance of the bases and conditions of the festival. The registered participants authorize the festival to film their films as they see fit. The festival does not offer in any case economic remuneration for the screening of the films. The decision of the jury will be in any case unappealable.
The participants must be in possession of all the copyright of their works, the festival will not assume any responsibility for matters related to copyright licenses or with rights of any kind. The festival reserves the right to modify the bases and conditions of participation at any time without prior notice as well as any other aspect related to the festival.
