  • We had a wonderful time at this festival...a great way to network among like-minded filmmakers and the vibe was welcoming and warm. Lisa Diersen and her associates worked like crazy to make this a Grade A event and it showed! The icing on the cake was the honor of winning a Winnie Award for Narrative International Over 60 Minutes...we are still floating on a happy cloud!

This was a great festival! My short film SECRET screened this year, December 2019. Lisa and her team were gracious hosts. The networking was awesome! I met so many fabulous people from around the world! I love that this festival integrates not only films but authors and artists. I loved Lexington and Kentucky Horse Park was a great venue. I appreciated that our hotel was right by the theatre. All the films had excellent cinematography and sound, capturing the beauty of horses. The documentaries were amazing - focusing on the healing power horses have over human beings. Thank you so much from having us from Detroit!! We had a blast! ❤️🐎 Love, Shana Gagnon SECRET - short film www.maudethemovie.com
