ELAFF's 15th Annual Film Festival in collaboration with Vincent Price Museum, East Los Angles College and The Panamanian International Film Festival/LA. A new collaborative initiative of combined resources talent, and films from around the world while keeping it real "From The Hood To Hollywood."

Awards & Prizes

ELAFF is presenting the Homie Award to some talented storytellers. In honor of our 15th Anniversary, we're presenting La Quinceañera Award to women we love!!!

    This festival was a great experience for me. The organizers did a great job of selecting a variety of film topics & genres. I was pleased to see that there were plenty of vendors & performers outside of the theatre that added a festive atmosphere.
