1. La Heliwing nasce nel 2010 come progetto pilota per la produzione di immagini da elicotteri radiocomandati e droni. Aberto Cavallini il suo fondatore opera da più di 30 anni nel campo del cinema e delle produzioni cinetelevisive.
2. Dal luglio 2024 si decide di fondare un festival per consentire a tutti coloro che operano nel campo delle riprese aeree con droni di esprimersi con la loro capacità e talento.
3. Nasce il “DRONE CREATIVE FILM FESTIVAL”
Il festival ha lo scopo di valorizzare tutti quegli artisti che riescano a dare un senso artistico/creativo alle immagini realizzate con un mezzo aereo (drone).
4. L'ammissione alla preselezione del festival è possibile dal 17 novembre 2025
Dieci giorni prima verrà comunicato ai partecipanti la loro preselezione alla finale 10-11 ottobre 2026. La lista delle opere selezionate sarà disponibile 10 giorni prima dell'inizio.
5. Le sequenze iscritte che non accederanno alla selezione ufficiale non verranno rimborsate.
6. Qualora nella domanda di ammissione alcuni dati dovessero mancare, l'organizzazione provvederà a comunicarlo al candidato. Una volta raggiunta la notizia, il candidato dovrà correggere il default entro 7 giorni prima della scadenza, pena l'esclusione dal festival.
7. Ogni opera verrà esaminata e valutata accuratamente dallo staff esecutivo della produzione. Al concorso può partecipare qualsiasi soggetto in forma privata o giuridica.
8. La valutazione delle immagini presentate si basa sul concetto creativo, quindi colui che presenta una sequenza realizzata con un drone, la stessa deve narrare, esporre in modo creativo le immagini dal cielo. Questo è lo spirito del festival. Anche le immagini col drone hanno un senso creativo. Il partecipante al “DRONE CREATIVE FILM FESTIVAL” deve tenere a mente questo concetto basilare.
9. E' possibile iscrivere più sequenze da parte di ogni produzione e/o regista.
10. Non esiste un limite di tempo per ogni sequenza presentata, la stessa può anche essere estrapolata da un film, cortometraggio, o TV series, ma la sequenza può anche essere realizzata appositamente allo scopo. Ogni soggetto presentante si assume la paternità e proprietà delle sequenze.
11. Le sequenze presentate possono essere correlate di sottotitoli e/o musica.
12. Sono ammesse opere di ogni genere, pubblicate o inedite.
13. Tutte le creazioni devono essere disponibili per l’ Organizzazione del Drone Creative Film Festival su sistemi web, in qualsiasi tipo di piattaforma scelta dai partecipanti al Festival.
14. La giuria sarà composta da esperti piloti di drone e professionisti del settore cinematografico con speciale attenzione alla narrazione delle riprese aeree.
1. FINALITÀ
Le finalità del Drone Creative Film Festival è quella di mettere in evidenza e valorizzare professionisti e giovani emergenti del settore delle riprese aeree con il drone.
2. SELEZIONE UFFICIALE
Il concorso è aperto dal 17/11/2025 al 15/09/2026 . La selezione ufficiale sarà comunicata online sulla pagina facebook del TWF e DRONE CREATIVE FILM FESTIVAL. in data ........I vincitori saranno comunicati il giorno dell’evento live in data 10-11 ottobre 2026.

Le candidature saranno valutate e selezionate secondo il seguente criterio:

3. The "DRONE CREATIVE FILM FESTIVAL" is born

4. Admission to the festival pre-selection is possible from 17 november 2025. 10 days before the participants are notified of their pre-selection for the final 10-11 october 2026. The list of selected works will be available 10 days before the start.
5. Registered sequences that do not enter the official selection will not be refunded.
6. If some data are missing from the application form, the organization will communicate it to the candidate. Once the news is reached, the candidate must correct the default within 7 days before the deadline, under penalty of exclusion from the festival.
7. Each work will be carefully examined and evaluated by the executive staff of the production. Any private or legal entity can participate in the competition.
8. The evaluation of the images presented is based on the creative concept, so the person who presents a sequence made with a drone, the same must narrate, creatively expose the images from the sky. This is the spirit of the festival. Drone images also make creative sense. The participant in the "DRONE CREATIVE FILM FESTIVAL" must keep this basic concept in mind.
9. It is possible to submit more than one sequence by each production and/or director.
10. There is no time limit for each sequence presented, the same can also be extrapolated from a film, short film, or TV series, but the sequence can also be made specifically for the purpose. Each presenting subject assumes the authorship and ownership of the sequences.
11. The sequences presented may be accompanied by subtitles and/or music.
12. Works of any kind, published or unpublished, are admitted.
13. All creations must be available for the Drone Creative Film Festival Organization on web systems, in any type of platform chosen by the Festival participants.
14. The jury will be composed of experienced drone pilots and professionals from the film industry with special attention to the narration of aerial shots.
