DREAMER'S SHORT FILM FESTIVAL is where we connect. Filmmakers come together for an experience unlike anything else. Doesn't matter where you come from, you will always be welcome here. Now is the time to submit your film and see what the Dreamer's Short Film Festival is about.

Every month, the nominees and the winners will be notified on their e-mail.

The OFFICIAL SELECTIONS will be announced on the 11th of every month.

Monthly WINNERS will be announced and celebrated on the 18th of every month.

Rules & Terms

GENERAL RULES

1. The submitter must own all copyrights to their work.

2. All films which are not in English mush have Enligh subtitles.

3. Films must not be over 45 minutes long.

4. Multiple entries are permitted, but only with separate entry fees for each submission,

5. The decision of the jury will be final.

6. All entry fees are non-refundable.

7. We reserve the rights to use any part of your submission for promotional purposes on social media accounts and website.

**If any of these rules are not respected, you submission will not be accepted.
