Dr. Jennifer Camota Luebke is CEO and co-founder of Ability Revolution, Inc., a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to advancing authentic inclusion for people of all abilities in workplaces, educational institutions, and communities. As a Gallup-certified CliftonStrengths (formerly StrengthsFinder) coach, Jennifer empowers leaders, teams, and individuals to leverage their strengths in achieving their professional, team, and personal goals.
Jennifer has over 25 years of leadership, accounting, sales, teaching, and coaching experience in large corporations, higher education, and nonprofit entities. Her board service includes organizations that advance (dis)ability inclusion, diversity and inclusion, women in leadership, social entrepreneurship, higher education, and family businesses. In 2017, Jennifer was recognized with a Jefferson Award for Public Service for her volunteer work and academic research in (dis)ABILITY inclusion.
An emerging independent filmmaker, Jennifer recently completed a feature documentary called “You Can Be BRAVE” [BRAVE: Bold and Relentless Action towards a Vision of Equity for people with (dis)ABILITIES] about her journey boldly advocating for her son (who has a disability) to be included in all areas of society.
