Rules & Terms

1. For the films produced in 2023, 2024 & 2025.
2. Only the films or producer/director from the following countries are eligible to submit: Netherlands, Belgium and Germany (NRW).
2. The maximum running time for shorts is 20 minutes (including credits).
3. Films only in documentary or hybrid genre can be submitted.
4. The film need to have English subtitles even if the film is in Dutch.
5. Submissions only via FilmFreeway.com, with online screeners (downloadable preferred). Additional materials such as credits, synopsis, stills, director’s biography and headshot are obligatory.
