Digital Filmmaking Events

Digital Filmmaking Events presents the 5th annual 3x3x3 Screenwriting Challenge. The challenge is to write an original narrative short screenplay that meets the 3x3x3 requirements listed below. Scripts must follow every requirement to be eligible to win:

3 Characters

3 Genre Choices: Sci-Fi, Horror, or Romance

3 Required Elements:
• Action: quickly crawls across the ground
• Prop: tablet
• Dialogue: "Trust me, I've done this before."

• Script must be the original work of the submitter. Script or contents cannot be recycled from any previous work, either turned in for course work or done outside of LAFS.
• All submitters must be current, active LAFS students.
• Scripts must be between 4–7 pages in length (including the title page).
• Scripts must be properly formatted using screenwriting software and submitted as a PDF. Do not submit a .fdx file.
• Only one submission per student.

ANY SUBMISSION THAT DOES NOT FOLLOW THE ABOVE REQUIREMENTS WILL BE DISQUALIFIED.
