Dianne Lang was born Dianne Mary Clarke on the 2nd August 1952 at Rockhampton and spent her early years at Almora Station near Burketown. She started school at Cloncurry State School for Grades 1 and 2 and the family then moved to Armraynald Station near Burketown where she did Primary Correspondence School being taught by her Mother or a Governess. Dianne did her High School at St Margaret's School in Brisbane as a boarder.
She worked for the National Bank as a Clerk for a couple of years before going to Beaudesert to work as a Pay Clerk at Enright's Department Store. She then joined the Queensland Police Service where she met her husband Gregory Lang. They married on 6th March 1976 and have four wonderful children and now eight beautiful Grandchildren. Dianne left work to look after the children and returned to work in sales in 1990 at Creeks Metal Industries Pty Ltd.
Dianne later worked at the PA Hospital in Brisbane as a Ward Clerk. She continued this type of work at Nambour Hospital when she and her husband moved to Cooroibah on the Sunshine Coast. They are now both retired and enjoy the Sunshine Coast lifestyle.
Dianne has always had an interest in photography from an early age trying to capture that shot. She studies photography and Audio Visuals at U3A Tewantin. Ingrid Gane is a wonderful teacher who is very patient and has helped many students.
Dianne is very passionate about how wonderful Noosa and surroundings areas on the Sunshine Coast are and wanted to share this with the world so did a film to show case our beautiful Noosa for all the world to see.
