Establishing our film festival, we have an important goal! This goal is dialogue. A wordless dialogue between author and his potential audience. Between people who appreciate art and culture. We would like to unite people from all over the world, to show something new and believe that it can help us to understand each other much better. Our task is to explore and find unique talents, support their work, vision and production. «Dialog» is focusing on independent filmmakers, fully developing their potential, to express their voice and vision to the world and we are doing the best we can to make this voice heard by as many people as possible.

All the selected projects will get official laurel and will be listed on our official website.

Every season we will be selecting the winners and honorable mentions in each category.
All the winners and honorable mentions will get special official laurels and Named Certificate in High-Quality digital format, will be listed on our website and will be able to compete for the yearly winners.

Rules & Terms

All genres, all style and all thematics.

Production Year: No limit.

Feature over 40 minutes.
Short film under 40 minutes.
Documentary: Unlimited.
Screenplay: Shorts up to 40pag. / Feature up to 350 pag.

1. We accept all languages. If the film is not in English or German, we will need English or German subtitles. We accept scripts in English, Spanish, German, French and Italian.
2. 2. We can use trailer/teaser/film poster/stills for promotional purpose (but do not release, under any form or circumstances, the full film)

3. No fee waiver. All entry fees are non-refundable.
4. By registering your project, you agree that we can send information about your project to distributors or festivals that can search for projects like yours.

5. Registration implies acceptance of these rules.
