Rules & Terms

1. This year, we are ONLY accepting short films (under 60 minutes or less).

2. Entries will be judged on both story and film production quality by a panel of judges.

3. Filmmakers may enter more than one film.

4. Online screeners are required. Please submit through FilmFreeway.com/festival/delcofilmfestival.
