Dean Wellman is an Iowa film maker, owner and operator of Highway 11 Films based out of Dubuque, IA. He produces feature films, short films, music videos, experimental pieces and animations. Most of his work revolves around music and he's specialized in live music performances and live audio recording since 2003.
