De Baarsjescoop is more than just a screening, it is a core memory in the making.

As a winner of the WestBegroot community initiative, our festival is built on the belief that "Food and Film are the glue of cultures." We provide a professional grade outdoor theatre experience that is entirely free and accessible to everyone.

The Venue: Erasmuspark Located in the heart of De Baarsjes, Erasmuspark serves as our stunning natural auditorium. With a massive screen and high-fidelity sound, we host a large-scale audience of neighbours, film lovers, and travellers. The atmosphere is electric yet intimate, blending the beauty of nature with the magic of the silver screen.

What We Are Looking For We seek films that resonate with a broad, diverse urban audience. Whether it is a heartwarming short, a thought provoking documentary, or a visually stunning feature, we want stories that spark conversation and foster a sense of connection.
