Born in the heart of Western North Carolina, Dawson has worked on more than 25 independent films. He has been in multiple positions on set, as well as off in post production. Many of these productions have been Thesis films at WCU and used professional level equipment. His interests within film are writing, sound design, cinematography, and directing. His interests outside of film include graphic design, music production, podcasting, as well as any other creative endeavors.
